We are seeking a talented Cisco Collaboration Engineer to join their team in Maastricht. As a Cisco Collaboration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Cisco collaboration solutions for healthcare clients. You will work closely with external clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality collaboration solutions that meet their unique requirements and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and configure Cisco collaboration solutions, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), and Cisco Webex Teams.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' collaboration infrastructure to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the implementation and deployment phases, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Cisco collaboration solutions, minimizing disruption to healthcare operations.
• Collaborate with project managers, network engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and compliance requirements.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in Cisco collaboration technologies and healthcare IT to enhance service offerings and provide innovative solutions.

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco collaboration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco collaboration products, including CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, UCCX, and Cisco Webex Teams.
• Experience with collaboration integration, including SIP trunking, voice gateways, and video conferencing.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Collaboration are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
