Client Account Manager - MSP

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Account Manager to join one of our MSP clients! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support. 

This role involves understanding clients' IT needs, proposing solutions, and coordinating with our technical teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand clients' business objectives, IT needs, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions.
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client feedback.
• Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to align with clients' evolving needs.

Skills & Must Haves: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. (Nice to have) 
• Proven experience as a Client Account Manager, preferably in the IT managed services industry.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, services, and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and clients.

Salary: 

• $50,000 to $65,000 Base Salary Per Annum
