Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to the Infrastructure ticket queue in FreshService.
• Monitoring and addressing enterprise infrastructure issues.
• Server/network hardware builds, configuration, and installation.
• Creating and managing Citrix Releases.
• Proactively maintaining servers, including software and firmware patching.
• Creating and executing change requests.
• Serving as a point of escalation for other teams within Systems Support.
• Providing a consistently professional and high-quality interface between Systems Support and its customers.
• Liaising with external resources such as suppliers, manufacturers, and support providers.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by your manager.
• Maintain infrastructure information and documentation for the team.

Requirements:

• Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu).
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure.
