Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
• Oversee identity, governance, and security using Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Microsoft Defender
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and 2nd/3rd level support for cloud and on-premise infrastructures
• Lead email, tenant-to-tenant, and domain migrations to Microsoft 365
• Administer Azure resources and hybrid environments (VMs, networking, storage, backup, subscriptions)
• Maintain Microsoft systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO, ensuring backup and business continuity

Skills / Must Have:

• 2–5 years’ experience in a Cloud or System Engineering role
• Strong experience with Modern Workplace technologies (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
• Solid knowledge of Entra ID and identity management
• Experience managing Azure cloud environments
