Responsibilities:

  • Gather, enter, and refine raw information into structured reports, spreadsheets, charts, and pivot analyses
  • Review and interpret large volumes of data, summarising insights in a clear, practical, and decision ready format
  • Coordinate day to day tasks to support Project Managers and monitor critical project milestones
  • Help compile and organise documentation related to bids, pricing, engineering, and construction activities
  • Contribute to Safety, Quality, and operational programmes through precise data monitoring and reporting
  • Spot patterns, inconsistencies, and areas where processes can be improved
  • Research, trial, and assist with the adoption of new data systems and technology solutions
  • Keep records accurate and manage shared drives and server folders effectively
  • Develop strong working relationships with field crews, project teams, and internal partners

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience as a data analyst, coordinator, or in a related capacity
  • More than 2 years of experience within Construction, Telecommunications, or Utilities sectors
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis capabilities
  • Experienced with SharePoint and confident navigating shared server environments
  • Familiar with ChatGPT or comparable tools for data support and productivity enhancement
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes, with a desire to grow professionally
  • Experience in construction, utilities, or field operations is advantageous but not essential
  • Positive, self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently
