Responsibilities: 

• Manage diverse construction teams, including supervisors, crew leaders, and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality.
• Secure and estimate new work, building strong client relationships in the process.

Salary:

• $68,000 - $92,000 annually
• Potential Discretionary Bonus up to 25% of Base Salary
