Responsibilities
- Configure and optimise SAP EAM solutions aligned to business requirements and best practice
- Design and implement end to end maintenance processes including notifications, work orders, and preventive maintenance strategies
- Define and structure technical objects including functional locations and equipment hierarchies
- Configure maintenance plans, task lists, measurement points, and counters to support asset performance and reliability
- Support work clearance management and safe maintenance execution processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Support integration with MM for spare parts and procurement processes and FICO for costing, settlements, and financial tracking
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across EAM processes during project and BAU phases
- Work closely with technical teams, testing teams, and business users through build, test, and deployment phases
Required Skills / Qualifications
- Extensive experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with a focus on EAM or Plant Maintenance within S/4HANA environments
- Proven experience delivering end to end implementations or major enhancements across asset management processes
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes including breakdown, corrective, and preventive maintenance
- Hands on configuration experience across technical objects, maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, and planning
- Experience integrating EAM with MM and FICO modules
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work directly with business users and translate requirements into solutions
- Experience working in asset intensive industries such as rail, mining, utilities, oil and gas, or logistics is highly preferred
