Customer Activation Manager (m/f/d) - Telecommunications

We're seeking a Customer Activation Manager to lead the charge in implementing smart fiber solutions across the nation. As a key player in their dynamic team, you'll take ownership of customer connection activation for various ISPs and oversee open fiber optic house and customer connections throughout Germany. Lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 

With them, you'll be instrumental in shaping Germany's digital landscape while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Control the activation of customer connections for ISPs
• Manage open fiber optic house and customer connections nationwide
• Lead a team of project managers, construction managers, and supervisors
• Organize and lead production meetings with subcontractors
• Coordinate with authorities and external providers

Skills/Must have:

• Degree in a technical or commercial field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient in evaluating key figures and reports
• Experience in construction project management
• Fluent in German (C1+)
