Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure a best-in-class experience
  • Support Account Directors with renewals, quotes, and sales administration
  • Collaborate with service delivery and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep Salesforce CRM updated with all activity and account information
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and vendor offerings


Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in account management, customer success, or sales support
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers across all levels, from users to directors
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Motivated by targets and professional development


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with public sector customers
  • Familiarity with UCC, UCaaS, CCaaS, or IT managed services


Location:

  • Manchester (3 days per week in the office)
