 Based in Madrid and reporting to the Director of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager will oversee customer service operations and initiatives in the Spanish market. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and effectively handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson towards customers during incidents in the UK, maintaining transparent communication and providing updates as needed.
  • Work closely with the Director of Customer Service Management to develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards-aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as operations and sales to address customer needs, identify opportunities for service improvement, and enhance service offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, feedback channels, and service performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for continuous enhancement.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in customer service delivery and best practices

Skills/Must have:

  • Customer Success experience 5+ years 
  • Direct Competitor Experience (Large Data Centre)
