Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer SIM card orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with onboarding and setting up customer accounts and portals.
  • Provide first-line support for basic technical and service issues.
  • Communicate effectively to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Keep customer data and case records updated in CRM systems.


Skills/Must have:

  • Customer service skills
  • Technical aptitude - understanding of the IoT connectivity/mobile networks
  • Problem solving skills & admin/organisational proficient 
  • Order & Process management 
  • Dutch & English speaking
