The team is hiring a Customer Success Manager – Data Center Services to manage client relationships, oversee service delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction across mission-critical environments. The role will focus on understanding client needs, coordinating internal teams, and driving long-term account growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support across operational and contractual topics
  • Assist the sales team with pipeline management in Salesforce, including creating offers and additional agreements for assigned accounts
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and incident management via ServiceNow
  • Lead the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey process
  • Support internal, external, and customer audits
  • Oversee monthly billing and account control for assigned customers


Skills/Must have:

  • Completed commercial vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally with a service provider, in IT consulting or IT sales
  • Strong knowledge of relevant tools such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
  • Hands-on mentality with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer and service orientation
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Team player with persistence, performance focus, and flexibility
