Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business with MNOs, neutral hosts, system integrators and infrastructure providers
  • Drive pipeline creation and full sales cycle activity across multiple European markets
  • Create territory plans and prospect maps aligned to DAS use cases including cellular, rail, tunnels and government
  • Deliver compelling solution presentations and manage commercial proposals
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with technical, product and operations teams
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows


Must-Have Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in DAS, telecoms or RF sales across Europe
  • Strong existing relationships with neutral hosts, systems integrators or mobile operators
  • Able to understand technical value propositions and position solutions effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally up to 50%


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with brands such as Commscope, JMA, Solid, Andrew or Amphenol
  • Multilingual skills (French, Spanish or German)
  • Background in technical solution sales or engineering
  • Knowledge of TETRA, LTE or 5G DAS systems


Location:

  • Remote
  • Ideally based in France, Belgium, Spain, Germany or the UK (Travel approx. 50%)
