Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of critical infrastructure systems (power, cooling, HVAC)
• Coordinate shift planning, technician tasking, and team performance
• Oversee vendor maintenance, customer installations, and system upgrades
• Monitor SLA performance and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Maintain documentation, site audits, and operational reporting
• Support technician onboarding, training, and development

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in critical environments (data centers, industrial, utilities)
• HBO degree or equivalent technical background
• Knowledge of UPS, HVAC, CRAC, generators, and low/high-voltage systems
• Relevant HVAC or critical power certifications preferred
• Right to work in the Netherlands

Salary:

• Up to €75,000 gross per year
