Within this role, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency, safety, and functionality of their data centres and access centres.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first-line escalation point for serious incidents or technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
• Carry out Data Center tasks as directed, which may be project-based or received via Service Now, ensuring compliance with Change Control rules and supporting documented tasks as requested.

Skills/Must have:

• Racking / Stacking 
• Cabling 
• HP / Dell servers 

Salary / Benefits:

• Up to £45,000 Basic Salary + 10% bonus + benefits package
