Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Manage and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring proper configuration and connectivity.
  • You will assist with network troubleshooting, including wired and wireless connections, routers, and switches.
  • Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of software/hardware licenses and system configurations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Certificate or associate degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with installing applications, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and Mac OS environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
