Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitability and efficiency through productivity initiatives, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget.
- Mentor and lead senior managers, fostering a high-performance culture across engineering teams.
- Oversee field data collection, design, permitting, and GIS teams, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate across divisions for smooth project execution aligned with company goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in the telecom industry, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Deep expertise in Outside Plant Engineering and Telecom design
- Proven ability to manage large teams across multiple locations, including remote teams
- Strong background in budget management, scheduling, and financial forecasting
