Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive network security policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage a team of network security professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of network security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all network and IT projects.
• Stay abreast of the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions, continuously enhancing the organization's security posture.

Skills/Must Have:

• Extensive experience in network security, including hands-on experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM solutions.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing security team.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex security challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Salary:

• $85 per hour
