Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage OSP construction projects with a strategic approach, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
• Direct and inspire construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, driving on-time, within-budget project deliveries.
• Enforce rigorous quality standards, ensuring projects meet specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Skillfully allocate resources—labor, equipment, and materials—balancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor project budgets, providing financial updates to stakeholders, keeping projects on a harmonious financial track.
• Anticipate potential risks, developing proactive strategies to ensure project success.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, engineering, and stakeholders, aligning everyone to achieve project goals.
• Conduct the safety symphony, ensuring compliance with protocols and industry standards.
• Create accurate project documentation, providing a solid foundation for future reference.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Possess an undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Showcase proven experience in OSP construction management within the telecom industry.
• Demonstrate knowledge of outside plant construction processes, fiber optics, and telecom infrastructure.
• If you hold a PMP certification, that's a distinct advantage.
• Lead with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Manage multiple projects with ease, showcasing your ability to navigate complexity.
• Navigate the regulatory landscape with familiarity in industry regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Play your projects to perfection with proficiency in project management software.

Salary:
