Responsibilities: 

  • Direct all phases of electrical project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Lead field personnel, subcontractors, and internal project teams with a people-focused management approach.
  • Uphold adherence to federal contract requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Develop, review, and process project documentation such as submittals, RFPs, and change orders.
  • Liaise with clients, general contractors, engineers, and government officials to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor budgets, forecast labor and material needs, and evaluate overall project performance.
  • Foster a strong culture centered on safety, accountability, and continuous development.


Skills/Must have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading teams and managing electrical construction projects.
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects within commercial and federal construction sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal contracting processes, documentation standards, and compliance protocols.
  • Skilled in project management software such as Accubid, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one preferred. 
  • O1 Electrical license preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred

  • $100,000 - $135,000
