Responsibilities:
- Direct all phases of electrical project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.
- Lead field personnel, subcontractors, and internal project teams with a people-focused management approach.
- Uphold adherence to federal contract requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Develop, review, and process project documentation such as submittals, RFPs, and change orders.
- Liaise with clients, general contractors, engineers, and government officials to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor budgets, forecast labor and material needs, and evaluate overall project performance.
- Foster a strong culture centered on safety, accountability, and continuous development.
Skills/Must have:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading teams and managing electrical construction projects.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects within commercial and federal construction sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of federal contracting processes, documentation standards, and compliance protocols.
- Skilled in project management software such as Accubid, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one preferred.
- O1 Electrical license preferred
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
