Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical teams, ensuring timely project completion.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the project manager.
- Adhere to Electrical Operational Procedures, BS 7671 standards, and all Health & Safety policies.
- Provide technical support to DC Power Teams and coordinate site audits and follow-up actions.
- Conduct planned and reactive electrical work, including inspections, installations, and site surveys.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in electrical supervision, particularly within complex M&E projects in healthcare or similar environments.
- Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Effective team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement, with excellent prioritisation skills.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a legal right to work in the UK.
- A recognized qualification in electrical engineering or related discipline.
- Certification in electrical safety (18th Edition of Wiring Regulations, NEBOSH/IOSH certification is desirable).
