Hamilton Barnes are looking for a talented EUC Engineer to join a dedicated team for one of the UKs leading energy companies. The role is signed off Inside and requires 3 days per week in West London.
As a key member of the infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure MS Intune based on customer requirements in Windows, iOS and Android environments
- Manage Windows 11 devices using Intune, configuring device and application protection policies.
- Configure Azure AD and Hybrid AD Joined devices with MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) and Conditional Access.
- Manage patches and releases through SCCM and Intune.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 11 image build, deployment, and management.
- Handle EUC demands, ensuring successful day-to-day EUC support within SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Skills/Must have:
- Experience deployment & configuration of MS Intune across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Ability to configure Azure AD and Hybrid AD environment.
- Knowledge to troubleshoot Windows 11 issues.
