Role Responsibilities:

• You’ll perform fusion splicing, terminations, and testing to ensure top-quality network performance.
• You’ll troubleshoot and resolve fiber optic issues, restoring service quickly and effectively.
• You’ll document splice activities and test results, maintaining accurate records for projects.
• You’ll collaborate with engineers, technicians, and supervisors to complete installations and repairs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in fiber splicing and testing with strong technical precision.
• Proficiency with OTDRs, splicing machines, and other fiber testing tools.
• Ability to read and interpret splicing plans, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a commitment to safety.
