Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to guide, assign, and oversee deployment engineering tasks for our DAS and RF business, both pre- and post-sales.
• Manage project warranty, monitoring, and maintenance contracts.
• Ensure timely delivery for both internal and external deployment activities.
• Review and approve engineering data before it is released.
• Provide pre-sales support by evaluating sites for coverage, facility conditions, and DAS feasibility.
• Collect and analyze data using mobile software and phones for baseline benchmarking and post-DAS verification.
• Conduct post-installation commissioning and optimization as needed.
• Perform RF path loss testing to validate system designs on customer premises.
• Use iBwave design software to forecast RF propagation when required.
• Prepare and review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and design presentations.
• Advise customers, account managers, and company management on DAS deployments.
• Document designs and provide ongoing support during the deployment phase.
• Conduct on-site commissioning and optimization.
• Provide feedback on the performance of deployment engineers.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project budgets are maintained and optimized.
• Perform site surveys, including constructability assessments and RF benchmarking, as needed.
• Balance competing project requirements, maintenance SLAs, and business needs to deliver effective services.

Skills/Must have:

• RF Design/Deployment Engineering Experience 
• Service Provider Experience 
• RF Equipment Installations
