Key Responsibilities

  • You'll schedule and manage workload for wireless and fiber activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
  • You'll supervise the installation and maintenance of network equipment, focusing on high standards of quality and safety.
  • You'll provide expert assistance in training, testing, and troubleshooting complex telecommunications technologies.
  • You'll maintain operational readiness by managing inventory and ensuring all tools and vehicles are in top condition.

Required Skills & Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 years of experience in fiber optics and telecommunications equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in fiber testing protocols and equipment, including RFC2544, OTDR, and power meters.
  • Strong communication skills with proven experience in leading and training technical field teams.
  • Hands-on experience with SONET, DWDM, and Ethernet technologies is highly preferred.
