Role Responsibilities:

  • You’ll manage a team of installers, tower climbers, and warehouse techs, ensuring all field operations run smoothly.
  • You’ll oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring the successful implementation of wireless solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a management role within the wireless or telecommunications space.
  • Strong knowledge of power backup systems, Mikrotik routers, Ubiquiti technologies, and licensed backhauls.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and train new staff effectively.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects from inception to completion.
