Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot server/network issues
- Support connectivity for VPNs, dedicated lines, and trading exchanges
- Assist in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining globally distributed datacentre infrastructure
- Get hands-on with routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, and Linux systems
Skills & Requirements:
- Recent graduate with some hands-on lab or home project experience
- Knowledge of routing & switching (CCNA level ideal)
- Bonus: Linux fundamentals or experience troubleshooting networks
