We are partnered with one of British Columbia's leading IT Managed Service Providers that is currently going through a significant growth phase and is actively building out their various IT and Network Support Teams.
They are seeking a new Help Desk Support Analyst to act as 1st Line Support for their West Canadian clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line tech support to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Computer Systems, Hardware, Software and IT
- Respond to queries by phone and email
Skills/Must have:
- 1st line support experience
- Hardware and software support
- Customer call experience
