We are partnered with one of British Columbia's leading IT Managed Service Providers that is currently going through a significant growth phase and is actively building out their various IT and Network Support Teams. 

They are seeking a new Help Desk Support Analyst to act as 1st Line Support for their West Canadian clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line tech support to customers 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Computer Systems, Hardware, Software and IT
  • Respond to queries by phone and email

Skills/Must have:

  • 1st line support experience 
  • Hardware and software support 
  • Customer call experience
