My client is an Information Technology (IT) services provider that specializes in offering managed IT services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Their range of services includes network security, cloud solutions, data backup and recovery, IT consulting, and support services. The company aims to provide comprehensive IT solutions that help businesses improve their efficiency, security, and productivity

They are now seeking a Help Desk Manager to join their team and play a critical role in managing the Help Desk team.

  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide management and oversight for 24/7 Help Desk department operations
  • Lead and motivate Help Desk team to achieve department and company goals, including training on the latest technologies and best practices
  • Resolve escalated client satisfaction issues with Help Desk service, building strong client relationships
  • Report on and analyze department data and assist with department budget creation
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and service enhancement

Skills/Must have:

  • 5+ years' experience in an IT Help Desk
  • 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT field
  • Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA or CCIE, or VMware VCP preferred.

Salary:

  • $110,000 base
