Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting Azure AD-related issues via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Administer Azure AD accounts, groups, and policies, ensuring proper access control and security measures are in place.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Azure AD with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless user authentication and authorization processes.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of users, including provisioning and deprovisioning accounts and access rights in Azure AD.

Skills/Must have:

  • Azure AD
  • Public Trust
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions.

Salary:

  • $30 Per Hour
