Role Responsibilities:
- You'll provide on-site help desk support and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Manage AD, Azure, M365 user activities and single sign-on systems.
- Assist the Web Dev team if needed.
- Implement IT changes and maintain a small team environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of help desk experience.
- AD, Azure, M365 support proficiency.
- Familiarity with a single sign-on product like Okta.
- Experience in similar industries (political, legal, finance).
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
- Annual bonus: Circa $3,000
