Role Responsibilities:

  • You'll provide on-site help desk support and troubleshoot IT issues.
  • Manage AD, Azure, M365 user activities and single sign-on systems.
  • Assist the Web Dev team if needed.
  •  Implement IT changes and maintain a small team environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of help desk experience.
  • AD, Azure, M365 support proficiency.
  •  Familiarity with a single sign-on product like Okta.
  • Experience in similar industries (political, legal, finance).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
  • Annual bonus: Circa $3,000
