Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing HPC-related sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to craft compelling HPC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for HPC offerings, including cloud-based and hybrid solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, partners, and vendors.
- Represent the HPC practice in client meetings, industry events, and executive briefings.
Practice Leadership:
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the HPC practice in alignment with company goals.
- Lead a team of HPC architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Establish best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for HPC solution delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the practice at the forefront of innovation.
Technical Oversight:
- Provide high-level technical guidance on HPC architecture, workload optimization, and performance tuning.
- Oversee the design and implementation of HPC clusters, storage systems, and networking infrastructure.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
- Educate technical peers and executives on the latest technologies and HPC strategies.
Skills/Must have:
- Experience with GPU computing (e.g., NVIDIA CUDA, AMD ROCm).
- Knowledge of scientific computing libraries and frameworks.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Red Hat, AWS, NVIDIA).
- Knowledge of AI SuperPod design and reference architecture (NetApp/Lenovo).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HPC systems architecture and administration.
- Deep knowledge of Linux systems, parallel computing, and distributed systems.
- Experience with workload managers (e.g., Slurm, PBS Pro), containerization (e.g., Singularity, Docker), and orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based HPC (e.g., AWS Parallel Cluster, Azure CycleCloud, Google Cloud HPC).
- Understanding of NVIDIA NeMo and NI AI inference models, Hugging Face, and Dominio Labs.
