Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement IAM solutions optimized for low-latency trading infrastructure
• Lead complex integrations across multiple identity providers (IDPs) and internal systems
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to enforce robust access controls
• Build processes that balance security, operational efficiency, and the pace of trading
• Own technical execution — this is a pure engineering role, not GRC

Key Requirements: 

• 3+ years of hands-on IAM engineering experience, ideally in high-performance or trading environments
• Proven expertise integrating multiple IDPs and building identity solutions at scale
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and access controls
• Deep technical knowledge — experience working directly on complex system integrations
• Familiarity with securing application-level identity and access flows
• A proactive problem-solver who can design solutions, not just implement vendor tools
