One of our clients, a leading provider of secure infrastructure and managed services, is looking to appoint an experienced Infrastructure Security Team Lead to join their growing operations function.
This is a strategic leadership role where you will build and develop a high-performing team, work closely with solution design specialists to enhance security offerings, and play a key role in strengthening customer relationships.

As Infrastructure Security Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of security engineers while driving service excellence across customer environments.
You will act as the bridge between operations, solution design, and customers, ensuring services are delivered effectively, continuously improved, and aligned to evolving security requirements.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of security engineers, supporting their technical and professional growth
- Collaborate with solution design teams to identify and develop new security service offerings
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding requirements and delivering tailored solutions
- Drive service improvement initiatives and ensure high standards of delivery across the team
- Implement and manage effective change management processes
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices across service operations
- Support the scaling and development of a first-line support function
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading and developing technical teams within a security or infrastructure environment
- Strong technical background in infrastructure security (Cisco experience highly desirable)
- Experience working within an ITIL-aligned environment (certification preferred)
- Solid understanding of change management processes
- Experience building, scaling or improving support teams
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
