Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support infrastructure projects including Windows upgrades, cloud migrations, and system rollouts
- Administer and enhance Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and SCCM environments
- Collaborate on virtualization, server infrastructure, and network operations across multiple sites
- Serve as a technical escalation point for support teams and provide mentorship as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues at scale (2,000+ devices, 3,000+ users)
- Assist in improving endpoint deployment, patching, and device compliance
- Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives across infrastructure services
- Work closely with the Security and Network teams to ensure alignment on projects and policies
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments: Windows Server, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, and SCCM
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Comfortable with basic networking concepts and working with network teams
- Experience in mid to large-scale environments (multi-site, distributed workforce)
- Self-starter, comfortable juggling priorities in a hybrid work model
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to automation tools or scripting (PowerShell preferred)
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with endpoint protection and device management best practices
