Responsibilities:

• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues
• Respond to alerts and troubleshoot network problems promptly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
• Provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Document all network-related activities and maintain accurate records
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Access Design
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking certification required
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
• Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Must be willing to work on-site in Houston, TX
• Day shift availability

Salary:

• Salary $140,000 Basic Salary Per Annum
