Responsibilities:

  • Solicit quotes from equipment suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Create purchase requisitions and process purchase orders.
  • Track and manage shipments, ensuring timely availability of stock.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from operations and adjust delivery schedules as needed.
  • Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and warehouse inventory.
  • Oversee logistics partners, third-party warehouses, and storage facilities.
  • Manage equipment reserved for ongoing operations and network expansion.
  • Develop reports for executive management on inventory and procurement.
  • Implement compliant disposal programs for outdated equipment.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and shipping providers.
  • Provide procurement support across all departments and assist with project deployments.


Skills / Must Have:

  • 3–5 years’ experience managing telecom inventory and assets.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with accounting/procurement software (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing communication ability.
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration (preferred).
  • Flexibility to support operations and deployments in varying time zones.
