Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated, high-touch support to senior leadership and their administrative teams—both onsite and remotely.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure executive needs are prioritized and resolved efficiently.
  • Set up and maintain technical systems at corporate offices and residential locations, with occasional travel across the U.S.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues under time constraints while maintaining professionalism and clear communication.
  • Continuously improve support processes and frameworks tailored to individual executive workflows.
  • Design and implement automation solutions using shared tools and platforms.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and identify opportunities for adoption within the executive environment.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver seamless support experiences.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience supporting C-level executives or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, iOS, and AV/conferencing technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and deploy advanced consumer technologies in residential settings, including home networks, desktop and mobile hardware, and A/V systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
  • Comfortable working independently and in collaborative team environments.
  • Driven, resourceful, and committed to delivering a consistently exceptional support experience.


Compensation:

  • The annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
