IT Manager – AI Cloud Provider

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all IT systems within the data center including server environments, GPU clusters, and network infrastructure.
• Lead a small but growing IT support team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to KPIs.
• Manage server installations, upgrades, decommissions, and RMAs.
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations and Network Engineering teams to optimize power, cooling, and cabling infrastructure.
• Track and report operational performance using Excel and monitoring tools.
• Ensure ITIL best practices across ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Drive continuous improvement in reliability, efficiency, and automation within the IT environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing GPU and server environments (e.g., NVIDIA H100, H200, DGX).
• Strong knowledge of data center operations, including power, cooling, and cabling.
• Hands-on expertise with server hardware installation and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with networking equipment (Arista, Juniper, Cisco, or Mellanox).
• Proficiency in Linux troubleshooting, ITIL processes, and tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Proven leadership in managing IT teams, tracking KPIs, and reporting performance using Excel.

Salary:

• Up to €90,000 gross per year
• Performance Bonus
