Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end infrastructure, cloud, networking, and telecoms projects
  • Carry out installations, upgrades, migrations, and configuration across servers, networks, Microsoft 365, and Azure
  • Support project planning alongside Project Managers and ensure delivery within agreed timelines
  • Complete technical documentation including implementation plans and configuration records
  • Support customer go-lives, cutovers, and out-of-hours work when required
  • Attend customer sites for audits, onboarding, and project delivery
  • Configure and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V)
  • Deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions including migrations, security, and device management
  • Implement and troubleshoot networking (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, routing, switching, Wi-Fi)
  • Support telecoms/VoIP solutions (Gamma Horizon, SIP, call routing)
  • Conduct IT audits and provide recommendations across infrastructure and security
  • Act as a technical lead during customer engagements and provide clear communication throughout


Skills/Must have:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience delivering technical projects or working in a strong 2nd/3rd line role within an MSP
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
  • Strong Microsoft 365 experience (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Security & Compliance)
  • Azure experience (identity, VMs, networking, Intune, conditional access)
  • Solid networking knowledge (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, routing, switching, Wi-Fi)
  • Experience delivering migrations, deployments, and infrastructure upgrades
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills

Salary:
