Responsibilities:

• 5 Year Experience in IT or the Technology Field
• Experience with an IT Managed Service Provider is a plus 
• College Degree is a plus, but not necessary
• IT Certifications are a plus  
• A clean record is required. They are SLED Certified and work with Law Enforcement, Local Government, Schools, and Government Contractors.

Skills/Must have:

• Manage multiple ongoing IT projects 
• Evaluate project needs and create timelines for completion
• Coordinate with project leads and technicians to complete necessary duties 
• Lead new client onboarding process
• Develop project work plans
• Provide weekly status updates for each project
• Provide monthly reports for each project
• Work with project stakeholders and project team to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for each
• General IT and office duties as needed
