Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Service Desk - Team of 6
• Logging Faults
• Troubleshooting Customer Issues

Skills/Must have:

• Microsoft / Azure AD Experience
• Would suit a grad / college leaver / customer service background - customer facing
• Mac / Adobe Experience
• Interest in Media 
• Prepared to undergo security check (SC Clearance)

Benefits:

• Training – 1 day in 5 weeks, training day for certs

Salary:

• £25,000 Basic Salary Per Annum (Raises to £26,000 after a successful probation period of 6 months)
