IT System Admin - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure across both IT and OT environments
• Manage system backups and recovery using VEAM or similar tools
• Support and execute infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and patching
• Provide tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT support with operational goals

Skills/Must have:

• Familiarity with OT device environments and industrial IT systems
• Experience supporting infrastructure and system administration tasks
• Proficiency with backup and recovery tools (e.g., VEAM)
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking
