Responsibilities: 

• Lead from the front, providing escalation support, mentoring team members, and taking ownership of project delivery across:
• Microsoft 365
• Intune & Entra ID
• Sophos firewalls
• VoIP solutions

Requirements: 

• Senior Systems/Support Engineer ready to move into leadership, or
• Current Team Leader with experience leading a high-performing MSP support team
• Strong skills across Microsoft modern workplace technologies and security solutions
• Passion for mentoring, service improvement, and delivering quality outcomes to clients

Salary:

• $100k–$115k + Super
