IT Technician - Healthcare

They are currently seeking a proactive and skilled IT Technician to join their team. This hands-on role involves providing technical support and assistance in maintaining their IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with Active Directory, VmWare, Windows Servers, and possess a fundamental understanding of database systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users both remotely and on-site.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, networks, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in the administration of Active Directory and Windows Servers.
• Assist in managing virtualized environments using VmWare.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, VmWare, and Windows Servers.
• Basic understanding of database systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Any experience with radiology systems would be highly advantageous.
