Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete a comprehensive two-month onboarding program covering company services and commercial strategies.
- Lead client meetings and identify opportunities to expand accounts and acquire new customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and outstanding service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to tailor proposals that address client needs and create value.
- Continuously develop your skills with personal coaching and guidance from your team leader to meet sales and growth objectives.
Skills / Must Have:
- Completed higher professional education (bachelor’s degree), preferably in a commercial field such as economics or marketing.
- At least one year of relevant sales experience, with some part-time sales experience considered a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (B) and availability for at least 32 hours per week (full-time preferred).
- Strong commercial mindset paired with an enterprising and proactive attitude.
- Excellent Dutch communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Resides in or near the Randstad or Eindhoven region.
- Motivated, opportunistic, and driven to achieve sales success.
