Responsibilities:

• As a Junior Infrastructure Engineer, your primary duties will include:
• Providing comprehensive infrastructure support and administration.
• Executing remote troubleshooting and patching activities, ensuring seamless operations.

Skills Required:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a 2nd line support or field engineering capacity.
• Proficiency in M365 technology stack, encompassing servers, systems, and virtualization.

Nice to Have:

• While not essential, familiarity with the following will be advantageous:
• Experience with VMware.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud.
• Exposure to Veeam Backups.
