The team is hiring a Junior Presales Engineer to support solution design, assist with client demonstrations, and contribute to technical proposals. The role will focus on aligning technology capabilities with business needs, collaborating with senior engineers, and building the foundation for successful client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Solution Architect in developing end-to-end technical designs for new and existing customers
  • Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs), design briefs, and technical documentation
  • Research and validate hardware, software, and cloud options for proposals
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are deliverable
  • Assist in client meetings with technical discovery and clarification
  • Maintain internal documentation and contribute to solution design libraries


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years in a technical IT role (Engineer, Technician, or similar)
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, infrastructure, or device management
  • Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and core Windows Server services
  • Experience supporting or deploying Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Teams)
  • Understanding of networking concepts (subnetting, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs)
  • Hands-on experience in endpoint deployment or SOE (Autopilot, Intune, SCCM)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Eagerness to learn solution architecture and grow in pre-sales
