We are seeking a skilled Level 1 Support Technician with experience in supporting customers in a Windows environment and the Microsoft suite to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in an MSP environment, with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Sharepoint.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues in a Windows environment.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and SharePoint environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, including routers and switches.
• Work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of IT services and projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Skills & Experience:
• Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency
• Proven experience in a Level 1 Support role, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft suite (365, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint).
• Experience with networking equipment such as routers and switches (desirable)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Great communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Relevant IT certifications are highly desirable.
