A global banking and financial services leader with a strong international presence is seeking a Level 3 Network Engineer to join its network operations and project delivery team in Singapore. Known for financial stability, innovation, and excellence in enterprise infrastructure, the organisation operates complex, secure networks that support critical trading platforms, enterprise systems, and data centre environments across multiple regions. This role is split between operational responsibilities (60%) and global/regional project work (40%), offering the opportunity to manage escalations, contribute to solution design, and play a key role in delivering robust, future‑ready network solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Level 3 escalation point for network incidents and service requests
• Lead the implementation of network changes and support infrastructure upgrades
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of projects including migrations, expansions, and automation
• Maintain high availability and performance across global infrastructure
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, and regional operations teams
• LAN: Cisco Routing & Switching, Fortinet Firewalls
• Data Centre: Cisco Nexus, Cisco ACI
• Trading Infrastructure: Arista (low latency)

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise network engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networks, Fortinet firewalls, and ideally Arista low-latency systems
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis
• Prior involvement in infrastructure project work, migrations, or upgrades
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift-based environment
• Financial services experience is preferred
